Work done:
Smooth/Tune Bolt 
Install front sight on barrel 
Thread barrel for REM choke tubes
Precision drill and install spring loaded magazine tube extension detent.
Deburr around barrel-magtube lug
Enlarge and smooth feed ramp
Break all non-critical sharp edges/burrs on barrel, receiver, action bars and bolt   
Chamfer trigger pin holes for ease of installation and reduced chance of hole deformation. 
Chamfer feed port to assist in direction shells into the mag tube when loading under stress.
Smooth ejection port to reduce chance of injury or snag to fingers/gloves.
Drill and tap for wilson combat ghost ring sights
Cerakote Bolt, Receiver, Barrel, actionbar assembly
Lightly polish inside of action bar assembly tube and magtube
Hone chamber, forcing cone, barrel to ensure smooth surfaces
Grease required friction points, oil pivot points
Drill holes and install custom made QD sling point on the buttstock
Fit and install all aftermarket parts.
Full inspection, check headspace, testfire.

Safety First: Safety is paramount, we suggest carrying the Guardian-12 with the chamber empty and hammer forward. This state of carry greatly decreases the chance of accidental discharge whilst maneuvering in adverse and challenging environments. The Guardian-12 features an SJHardware +1 mag tube extension to still allow for a total capacity of 5 shells without one in the chamber. The shotgun also includes a smooth oversized crossbolt safety allowing for natural deactivation of the safety whilst the finger enters the trigger guard.
 
Comfortable Ergonomics: The shotgun's Hogue rubber overmolded 12.5" LOP buttstock provides a secure, comfortable, and traditional grip. The Magpul forend provides a large area to locate grip, and front and rear handstop tabs assist in forend manipulation. M-LOK slots are located on the bottom, left, and right side of the forend for accessory compatibility. The S&J removable side saddle allows for 6 extra rounds to be carried and easily accessed. The fully adjustable Magpul MS-1 sling is fixed to the rear of the mag tube extension. The rear is attached to the right side of the buttstock with a Magpul QD sling swivel and custom fit MDT QD attachment point for quick safe disconnection in a snag situation. 
 
Precision + Accuracy: Equipped with Wilson Combat’s Trak-Lock® II fiber optic ghost ring sight set the Guardian-12 ensures fast target acquisition and a large field of view.
